Gossard: Superboost, Gloss & Apex

I love doing these kind of posts, because I really hope it encourages other women to feel a little bit more comfortable in their own skin.I always strive to help other women find brands that not only cater for us ladies on the bigger bust and curvier side, but also brands that provide:
  • Body positivity on all sizes
  • Bra/Boobs Support
  • High Quality
  • Reasonably priced
I've used Gossard bras in the past, so you can imagine my happiness when I received an email from them asking if I would like to work with them. This isn't a sponsored post/advertisement either, as this is a brand that I truly love and I wouldn't want to charge them for my work.If you saw my instastory on the day that I received the parcel from them, you will probably remember the huge reaction that I had when I opened it up.I had no idea what Gossard were going to send me and I actually assumed it would only be like one bra or something, but HELL NO I was so so wrong. They were very generous to not only send me 10pieces of lingerie, but when I was totalling everything up when writing this, it came to a total of £244 worth of lingerie! It still hasn't sunk in a week later and I'm so excited to share my thoughts on each set.For reference I'm wearing the bra size 34E and thongs/briefs in M.I recommend going up a band size with Gossard and all of the pieces in this blog post, can be found by clicking HERE
Superboost Lace Deep V Bralet & Superboost Lace Thong:

I've never tried on a bra so fast, because I've been eyeing it for such a long time, but always had issues when it came to bralet's with my large size. This bra is a lot more prettier in person, with the beautiful details of the lace around the cups.Inside the cups, you have mesh side panels, which are designed for support and comfort.Added to that, it has a foam sling inside which helped shape my boobs perfectly in the bra, whether I was laying down or standing up, and offers even more support. The hook and eye detail on the front was extremely easy to do, but I recommend adjusting the straps first or get someone to help you to find out what you're comfortable at.

I was pleasantly surprised on how comfortable this bralet is, despite it also having a lace racerback.I was worried that it was going to dig into my skin and not feel comfortable, but its actually the very opposite. Its nice to spend my chill out days in this bralet without my boobs hurting after an hour and its so soft, I just feel really comfortable wearing it.I didn't have to adjust the straps all the way which is a bonus, but I could of if I wanted to.
The matching thong that I'm wearing is extremely comfortable and I felt that it really flattered my figure along with the bralet.I do have quite wide hips and I was worried this was going to sit awkward on them, but this was not the case at all.It has a little bow on the front, with a gold "G" attached to it which makes it super cute. This set is also available in 4 other colours and prices start from £15-£37, depending on the colour.Below I've listed the direct links to this set:

Gypsy High Apex Plunge Bra & Gypsy Deep Shorts:

This set is a very close favourite to the first one that I reviewed, as its one of my favourite styles.I normally struggle to find plunge bras for my size, because a lot of them lack that "needed" support or they don't shape my boobs right, making them not sit properly. The high lace detail thats gone into this bra is ridiculous and pictures really don't do it justice. The foam pads help enhance and give them a bit of a lift (picture below) but nothing thats obvious or too drastic. The foam also helped to cushion my boobs properly and they felt incredibly comfortable, even when wearing it for the whole day!
The shorts reminded me of a retro design, but are replaced with lace details instead. These flattered my figure really well also, giving my body more of an hourglass shape.I feel like I should of maybe gone up to a L, mainly because I prefer to pull up these designs a little bit higher. The back is completely lace and see through, with a very beautiful floral lace design.I was expecting these to irritate my skin as its all lace, but it didn't at all and again these are extremely comfortable to wear. Both are availible in different colours, which you can find on the links below:

Glossies Sheer Moulded Bras & Glossies Thongs
For this set, I used the gorgeous models from Gossard's website, as these are completely see through and I'm not comfortable with my own body being exposed.Out of everything that I was sent, these are the comfiest to wear and they are extremely soft. The sheer cup is super comfy as it feels really silky when wearing and doesn't irritate at all.The support was my least favourite, mainly because the 34E in this style, seemed to be a little too big for me, so my boobs weren't fully supported.I felt a 34DD would of fitted me better, but this is no fault on Gossard and different bra styles can fit in different sizes.
I'm in love with the thongs because the silky feeling is so comfortable.I get a Hollywood done every 4-6weeks, which they recommend to not wear lace underwear or underwear at all for at least 24hours.I'm someone that is mostly on the move and these are the only ones that I can wear, without it irritating my skin afterwards.Obviously its up to you if you decide to do this or not, but if you're someone like me who gets waxed on the regular and you still want to wear something without irritation, I highly recommend these.

Glossies Lace Sheer Bra & Glossies Lace Briefs:
This is the last set, which is also part of their glossie range. The bra isn't moulded like the previous two and the cups are replaced with a beautiful lace design, instead of a net texture.I had the same issue where the 34E size was a little too big, again this is not Gossards fault. It still offered support and it was super comfortable to wear throughout the day.The lace briefs have the same lace design as the bra and are quite stretchy compared to the rest of the range that I've reviewed in this post.

I love every single piece that was sent to me, despite me not fitting into the Glossies range properly.I've paid so much more money for expensive brands, and none of them come close to the quality, price and support Gossards has to offer. The Superboost Lace Deep V Bralet and Gypsy High Apex Plunge Bra are my favourites and I'll be no doubt wearing them constantly, as they're so comfortable.I hope you've enjoyed this Lingerie Diary on Gossard and has helped you make a decision on buying there products.

L'Oréal Paris True Match The One Concealer & Mineral Finishing Powder

Every time I'm low on money, L'Oréal end up coming out with new products which I obviously NEED to buy.L'Oréal have been on there makeup game recently and I nearly had everything to complete a whole makeup look, but two important products were missing for me.I'm so excited to talk about these, but the real question is, are these products "worth it?"

I've always struggled to find a concealer for me by L'Oréal that isn't too light, too dark or that hasn't got a pink undertone.I was doing pretty well with just using there True Match Foundation for this, as it pretty much covered most of my dark circles, but its nice to have that brightening look under the eyes sometimes if you get what I mean? There are 14shades available to choose from and because they haven't rolled out at my local drugstores yet, I just had to completely guess my shade. At the time of purchase, there were no guidelines to show which shades suited what skin tones, so it was really hard to work out what the shades looked like.I assumed that you go for the corresponding shade to either your True Match or Mineral Foundation, but nothing was explained at the time, however L'Oréal have now provided images for this to help you.

I decided to take advantage of the 3 for 2 offer at Boots, picking the shades Beige (4.N) and Golden Beige (3.D/W).The beige shade has more of a pink undertone to it, whereas the golden beige has more of a yellow and golden undertones. These concealers are designed to:
  • Correct and even out skin tone
  • Conceal imperfections
  • Hide signs of fatigue
  • Instantly brighten the under eye area
They are also enriched with caffeine for the above and to fight dark circles (perfect for my anxiety!).The coverage is described as lightweight medium to high, allowing you to build it up for a custom finish.
The applicator reminds me a lot of the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer, being extremely soft and flexible. The scent also reminds me of that concealer as well, with the beige shade being slightly more scented, but the smell fades after blending it out.The formulas have a little bit of difference, with the beige shade being more watery, but since this concealer is lightweight and buildable, it doesn't leave it looking cakey.Below is three images showing it just being applied, the second it being dry on the skin and the last one is a comparison with my other products I use as concealers:
Its extremely lightweight and I was fairly lucky to guess the correct shade.I personally prefer to blend it in with a Beauty Blender, as I found the coverage is a lot better.I tend to rub my eyes quite a lot because of my anxiety, and although it didn't budge for a while, it did begin to fade because of this.I did go in with a setting powder which made it stay in place, despite me rubbing my eyes a few times.

The concealer lasted approximately 7hours with no setting powder and 11hours with setting powder. You can apply another layer if you want to, because it doesn't leave it cakey at all.For me it works the best for brightening the eye area, as I sometimes only get 4-6hours sleep, so I end up waking up with panda eyes.I prefer this more to my expensive concealer, as it lasts longer, its lightweight, extremely easy to blend and its only £7.99.I recommend going to your local Boots or Superdrug to find out your shade, as you have 14 to choose from.

I've introduced setting powders to my makeup routine a lot recently so when I saw that L'Oréal have FINALLY made there own, I just had to put it to the test.I don't have many pictures to show of the actual product itself as its pretty much a powder, but I can still show you how it left my makeup looking. This translucent setting powder is designed to:
  • Leave your makeup with a matte finish
  • Controls your skin to stop any shine
  • Enhances and sets makeup without it feeling heavy
  • Prevents the skin from getting oily
  • Skin appears more healthy in 4weeks
My skin type is Normal/Combination, with it getting a bit oily during the summer time. This probably explains another reason why I've had to use setting powders a lot more recently, so my makeup doesn't slide everywhere. All of the other powders that I currently own are yellow, because translucent powders normally left my skin/makeup looking ashy.

The pot containing the powder reminded me of there skincare moisturisers, but this was such a pain to open!It also gets a little bit messy as well, because you literally have to DIP in your brush to get the product out.I prefer to tip some of the powder onto the lid, tap my brush into the powder and apply it like that, as it saves it from getting messy. You don't need to bake with this powder, you literally apply it onto the skin and sweep across it to get that "instant" matte finish. It says to apply it to your T-Zone and forehead, but I decided to apply it all over because I love matte finish looks.
Apart from the highlighter that I have on my nose and my ringlight blaring into my face, it actually left my makeup completely matte with no shine to it.I also used it alongside the golden beige concealer mentioned in this blog post for the under eye area and just look at how smooth it is!My makeup did not budge for the whole day and it didn't leave my makeup looking ashy either.

The only two negatives I can say about this powder is 1. Its a pain to get the powder out without it getting extremely messy and 2. I'm not too keen on the £12.99 price tag.You only get a small amount of product in the pot and £12.99 just seems a little bit too much for me.Don't get me wrong, it works great and we all know how much I love L'Oréal products, but I feel this is a little bit pricey and I'm not sure if I'll repurchase once I've ran out.

I hope this review has helped and if you have any questions, please let me know in the comment section :)

Caseable Review: A Whole New Way To Protect Your Devices

I never leave the house without a case on my phones, because its not worth the risk of them breaking and I love styling them with my outfits.I was contacted by Caseable to choose two of there products of my choosing to review last month and to also give you my thoughts on the service that I received as well.I decided to choose a unicorn case for my iPhone, because back in April-May, everyone was going nuts going the Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino.I also got to choose a laptop sleeve, so I ended up choosing the Black Swan design for my MacBook, as it was a design that was literally calling out to me.After Caseable contacting me in the first place, I spent approximately 2hours trying to choose what design I wanted, because they have so many unique designs to offer and the artists create amazing work.

To start off the review, I wanted to mention the delivery first. All of there products are handcrafted in Germany and it took only 10days for it to be delivered to the UK by DPD.I was sent a confirmation email, followed by an email that had my tracking information so I could keep an eye on my order. This might be a personal thing, but I always feel more comfortable when an order is coming via DPD, because their tracking is always accurate and I pretty much 100% trust them when it comes to delivering my parcels.

Its been nearly a month since I've received these cases, which has given me plenty of time to share my thoughts on them.I'm going to start on the Unicorn case first, because I have mixed feelings about this case. When it arrived, I was pretty impressed on how sturdy it is and how easy it was to snap onto my phone. Its made from recycled bottles which I think its pretty cool and its good for the environment. The case itself has provided amazing protection, like even though I've never dropped my iPhone (touch wood not to jinx it), my dog has picked it up a few times and no marks have been left on my phone.

Below I've provided an image of the case that was on the website and the case that I received:
I know that online pictures can look different, especially when it comes to lighting, but their is quite a difference when it comes to quality. My case wasn't as clear as advertised and it also seems blurry, especially the writing.Although its quite a nice case and I'm still somewhat happy with it, the quality isn't as near of what was advertised.I did send an email to the customer service team and explained this, but I haven't had a response from them yet and its been a month. As soon as I get an update, I'll let you know.I might be wrong and this case is meant to be like this, but the image on the website says different in my opinion.

Price: £19.90       Click me to purchase

The Black Swan Laptop Sleeve is the only one that I have and use for my MacBook. As a precaution, I already have a pink case on it, to protect it from getting any scratches on it from my cats (which has been pretty impressive so far!).I decided to choose this sleeve, because it stood out to me and I love Black Swan.I thought the swan thats in a shape of a rose was beautiful with the surrounding feathers around  the body.
The image quality is a lot better, even though the two products are very different,  this case is nicer in person compared to the image online. Its printed on both sides and my MacBook perfectly fits inside. Its fairly thick as well which I love, because I know it offers extra protection. With the random UK weather that we get, I took this case out on a sunny day for it to turn dark and rainy within 30minutes of being outside. This case got fairly soaked before I could get back indoors, however my MacBook was not damp at all, even on the other case that I have on top.Of course I had to leave the sleeve to dry on the radiator, because it would of eventually seeped through, but I was amazed on much on how it protected my device.

The sleeve itself is extremely soft, which makes it super comfortable to carry around. Its that soft, both of my cats (one in particular that is very picky on what surfaces to go on), have decided to either sit or lay on it.Its an absolute pain to get him off and if I do, he gets back onto it 5minutes after.Just look at that face, how can you chuck him off?
Price: £36.90       Click me to purchase

Despite having a little issue with the phone case, I'm pretty impressed with Caseable.I think its truly amazing on how may designs they have to offer, and if their is something that you can't find for yourself, you can create your own!If you're like me when it comes to looking for unique designs and love to accessorise your devices with your outfits, I highly recommend checking them out.If you have any questions regarding there products, please do not hesitate to contact me and I'll try my best to answer your questions. Thanks again to Caseable for sending me these to review :)

Huda Beauty 3D Highlighter Pink Sands Edition Palette & Carli Bybel Deluxe Edition Palette (GIVEAWAY!)

Since I've posted an unboxing video on these products 6 days ago (click here to view), I thought I would do a blog post with swatches too.Firstly I want to talk about the customer service that I received from them both as one was shipped from the U.S and the other here in the UK.I originally ordered the Carli Bybel Palette from BH Cosmetics on release day, but the website went down even before it went live, and me along with many other people got charged more than once. This caused a lot of panic of course on social media, especially since BH Cosmetics weren't that helpful.Carli however was absolutely incredible with handling it all, getting people's refunds sorted out and reassuring us that everything was going to be fine.I got my refund after 8days after chasing them, and I was able to reorder the palette through Carli's website: Pranava Beauty. My order did take a little while to dispatch along with everyone else, as all the shipping was done by BH Cosmetics, but the customer service from Pranava Beauty was amazing. The order took 9days since placing the order for it to be delivered by Royal Mail.

My Huda Beauty Palette was shipped by Cult Beauty which I've used many times in the past.I decided to pay the extra £7.95 to get it the next day, because I literally have zero patience when it comes to new product releases. It was dispatched 3hours after placing the order, along with a tracking link with DPD handling the order. Both of my orders arrived on the same day with an hour between them which was pretty impressive.

Carli Bybel Deluxe Edition Eyeshadow & Highlighter Palette
The packaging of this palette is incredible, like I was just happy with my plain Morphe palette, but this takes it to the next level. It was hard to pick up the rose gold writing on camera, but its so beautiful. The palette itself with the marble details is stunning with "Aspire to Inspire" above the eyeshadows and it also comes with a mirror too.
The swatches below start from the top and go left to right:
The pigmentation of this palette is incredible and all of the shades are extremely beautiful. The shimmer eyeshadows glide onto the skin like butter and only needed just the one finger swatch on the arm.The matte shades were a little more difficult to pick up, needing 3-4 swipes on the arm, but this is understandable as their matte.I'm in love with all of the eyeshadow shades, but the forth shade on the first row is my favourite.

I was very surprised by the highlighters too, because I wasn't expecting them to be so pretty.I was worried the second shade on the last row was going to be way too light for me, but its easily become one of my favourite highlighters or can be used on top of a eyeshadow.I'm still learning how to use eyeshadow, so please excuse the not so amazing blending.
I think Carli has done really amazing with this deluxe palette, and I'm so glad that I picked it up.This palette only cost me £23.63 (which includes shipping), which is a really good deal.I love my Morphe palettes, I really do, but this has now become my favourite eyeshadow palette for now.It can be purchased from either BH Cosmetics or Pranava Beauty

HUDA BEAUTY 3D Highlighter Pink Sands Edition + GIVEAWAY!
HUDA BEAUTY never fails when it comes to her beauty products, so when she announced on her instastory that she was releasing highlighters, I went a bit crazy.I loved both palettes, but I wanted to play it safe with ordering just the one, as quite a few reviews weren't really keen on it.I decided to go with the Pink Sands Edition first, mainly because the shades in this palette are unique to any of the other highlighters that I have already.

The packaging of this highlighter is ridiculous and although I love my Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kits, I think this one is so much better. It comes with a plastic case to keep it protected, but I've decided to take it off because it was such a pain to take it off in the first place. If you have seen my Youtube video review on this, there is a clip where I literally spent ages trying to get it off.Its pretty amazing how the highlighter and eyeshadow on this packaging is actually 3D, and of course Huda looks absolutely stunning on the packaging too.
These are the swatches go from left to right in the palette(names are below) and I've never found a formula like it.The first shade Capri, has a texture that feels like water, but applies and melts onto the skin like butter. Its really weird to explain but I love just how simple it is to go on the skin. You can use these in 4 steps as a PREP, SET, SCULPT and FLUSH or you can use them how you wish.As a preference, I prefer to apply these with my fingers, instead of using a brush.
These are all swatched onto my arm just the once with my fingers, and I used a makeup brush to tidy it up, to make a rectangle shape. All of the shades look really good on my skintone, especially AZORES, but I was really surprised about the shade IBIZA.I'm normally not a fan of pink shades when it comes to highlighters or blush, because it makes me look a bit like a clown and I normally just let my mum have it.IBIZA is a beautiful pink highlighter, but its not too much for my skintone to make me look like a clown and you can build up the intensity of what you want as well.
I created this simple makeup look the other day, using this palette in the shades AZORES and IBIZA, as those two shades really compliment each other.I used a little bit of the Carli highlighter too, to just make it pop even more and to make my eyes stand out. This is currently available at Cult Beauty for £40, but it is 100% worth it.I have been using this palette every single day, and I know I'm going to be using it all summer, even more than my Sun Dipped Glow Kit.

So fancy winning either the Golden Sands or Pink Edition Palette?

I've recently started up my Youtube channel, and as a thank you for the support on here and my other social media, I wanted to give the opportunity to someone to win one of these palettes. The winner will get to choose which one out of the two.All you have to do is subscribe to my Youtube channel and once it hits 1000subscribers, someone at random will be chosen. As an extra entry, you can comment which one you would like to win, its that simple. My Youtube channel (plus the video) is linked below for you:

L'Oréal Hydra Genius Aloe Water: Normal To Combination Skin

YEEEEEES!The Hydra Genius Liquid Care has finally landed in the UK.L'Oréal have been teasing us the last few months on there insta story showing the Hydra range, and the reviews have been crazy. They kept it very quiet about it coming out over here, so once I saw it on Boots, I had to get one before they all sold out.I've compared some aspects of this product to the Skin Perfection Correcting Concentrated Serum, as they're both very similar and make a good comparison.
I decided to pick up the Normal To Combination Skin bottle, mainly because my skin tends to get oily sometimes during the summer time.I also like to have that extra moisture in a bottle as well, especially since I wear a matte finish foundation quite a lot.The other two bottles in this range for other skin types are:
  • Normal To Dry Skin
  • Dry And Sensitive Skin
The Hydra Genius has a lot of promises when it comes to looking after your skin which you would think are too good to be true, but where I've used and tested L'Oréal products quite a lot, they do live up to the hype. The few benefits of this product are listed below:
  • The skin instantly absorbs it
  • Water like texture that rehydrates and reinvigorates the skin
  • Leaves the skin with a natural looking glow
  • Leaves the skin hydrated and moisturised up to 72hours
  • Enriched with Aloe Water and Hyaluronic Acid
  • Can be used in replacement of a moisturiser
Firstly, I'm glad that L'Oréal decided to stick with a pump with this product, because it makes things so much easier to distribute it and the fact it doesn't take up a lot of space on my dressing table.I thought nothing could replace the ombre pink look the Skin Perfection bottle has, but I prefer the Hydra bottle as its a nice ice blue colour, with a greenish blue top.The textures are very similar, but definitely both leave a very different finish to the skin.I agree with it feeling like a water like texture and it absorbs very quickly into the skin.
This photo shows how similar they are when swiped just the once with one finger, also showing the serum having a beige colour and the Hydra Genius being clear. The skin absorbs the Hydra Genius a lot quicker, leaving the skin with a cooling sensation across the face, instantly leaving it moisturised. The serum takes a little longer, plus you have to massage it into the skin a few times until you feel it working on your skin.So are you ready for a zero makeup mugshot?
I don't have the best skin as you can see from the photo, but this is what my skin 20-25seconds looked like after it had been applied. One pump is just enough for the whole face, as it spreads across pretty well and the skin absorbs it pretty fast. This is my skin in natural lighting, and I wouldn't say that it leaves it "glowing", but it does certainly give the skin a nice finish. This is just by using it for the first time though, so maybe overtime it will leave your skin with a "glow" look, but I'm still pretty happy with the results. The Hydra Genius does have a scent like all of the L'Oréal skincare products, however this one is not highly perfumed.I've found sometimes with there creams (like the Extraordinary Oil day cream), they smell so strong that it gives me a headache sometimes, but this hardly has a scent and it goes away after about 5minutes.

I decided to keep my makeup simple and to test out the hydration first without a foundation, so I just applied one of my favourite lipsticks, which is the L'Oréal Nude Gold(my swatches video here).
So my thoughts on this moisturiser?I think it really is amazing and its great that it doesn't cost a bomb either. The photo above is a few hours later from applying it, with my skin looking a lot more healthy and radiant (and thats in bad lighting).I also want to mention that none of this photos are retouched, which is probably obvious because my skin isn't exactly "clear".You can only currently pick this up from Boots with it being on sale for £6.66, with it soon going up to £9.99 for a 70ml bottle, which I think its really good for the price.

I agree with everything that this product has stated so far and have nothing negative to say about it at this time of this post.I'll update below of course if anything does change like a skin outbreak or if it changes my skin in anyway.I hope this review has helped you if you were thinking about purchasing a bottle.

MAKEUP UPDATE:
So as promised on my instagram, this is how my makeup after applying it and underneath is a photo of it being on a few hours.I used the Kat Von D Lock-It Foundation to put to the test, as its an extremely mattifiying foundation which can sometimes latch onto dry patches on my face. The Hydra Genius pretty much stopped this from happening, and if you zoom into the image, you can't see any dry patches on my skin anywhere.
A few hours later, my skin is still very hydrated and moisturised, leaving me seriously impressed. If you've read my Kat Von D Lock-It Foundation review, you know that this foundation sometimes leaves dry patches around my mouth and forehead, which eventually starts to flake (ew). This does not happen at all, even after a few hours after applying, my skin is still happy.I also didn't need to apply any highlighter, because my skin was given a lovely radiance from it, so I just added some lipstick, eyeshadow and mascara.

If you're someone that wears matte foundations on a daily basis like myself, I highly recommend this to not only moisturise, but also as a makeup base and to stop your skin from drying out.

Beauty And The Beast Beauty Box

Its been a very long time since I've purchased a beauty box and it normally takes something that I really like to purchase one.Over a week ago, an advertisement popped up on my Instagram showing this box, and I remember thinking "no way it can't be real", but after inspecting the website and the instagram feed, I purchased one.I actually had no idea what was going to be inside my box, apart from the rose gold mirror, as it was avoidable to not see it on the page.A link was also available to show you what would be inside your box if you couldn't wait to find out. There is also a "Beast" box available too, which I would of happily purchased and reviewed, but the box contains two beard type products, which of course wouldn't work for me as I don't have a beard. Both of the boxes cost £20 each, however the beauty box contains products worth over £80 and the beast box contains products worth over £100.
My box arrived pretty quickly, with it just taking 4days to arrive.I wasn't expecting it either, as my order status is still currently set as "processing" but it was a lovely surprise regardless. It arrived in a massive secure box, protecting it from any damage, which I thought was really great from Latest In Beauty. It was presented beautifully with rose chiffon petals, a voucher and a booklet with a summary of the products inside the box.I didn't know where to begin, because I was just drawn to the packaging in complete awe.I have to say that I'm pretty impressed with what came in the beauty box and no doubt that I'll be purchasing more boxes from Latest In Beauty in the future.I've tested all of the products that came in the box and have reviewed them individually of what I think of them below.

ORIBE Gold Lust Dry Shampoo:
"Instantly clean, extend your blowout and prevent damage with our transformative dry shampoo.Absorbs product buildup, oil and impurities with translucent powders while soothing scalp and restoring strength and softness.Fragrance-retention technology means our signature scent stays with you all day"

This was the first product that I decided to try, because normally dry shampoo's don't work for me and my thick curly hair.Depending on how my hair wants to be for that week, I sometimes use products that tend to cause a lot of buildup, to keep my hair in certain styles and to have it presentable.I was worried that the translucent ingredient in this bottle, was going to leave my hair with white residue, but surprisingly it didn't.It left my hair extremely soft and manageable, not leaving that sticky feeling that most dry shampoo's do.I don't agree that it restored strength in my hair, because I don't see or feel much of a difference for that, but it has left my hair really soft. The scent is absolutely gorgeous and for me personally its not too overpowering, but it does leave the smell in your hair for at least 5-6hours.I'm going to continue using this dry shampoo to see how well it works alongside my other one, because so far I prefer this one and it would be worth to invest in a bigger bottle if my hair continues to like it.
Next are these 3 skincare products, which I'll start with Gatineau first and then with the two other products

GATINEAU Paris Radiance Enhancing Gommage:

"This gel exfoliator with a luscious pearly orange texture turns to liquid during massage to release its exfoliating ingredients enzymes and AHAs and gently lift off impurities.Your complexion appears brightened and your skin radiant "

I pretty much have normal skin, but when it comes to exfoliators, I have to be super careful as my skin can break out sometimes.I've only ever used 3 exfoliators and one of my favourites was discontinued, so I was really intrigued to see how my skin reacted to this.Firstly the texture of this product that was described as "pearly orange" is very accurate and has little glitter particles inside as well.It smells so amazing too, like sweets in my opinion and I didn't want to take it off as it just smelt too good.It instantly turned to a liquid texture once I massaged it into my skin for 1minute and I left the second minute for it to sit on my face.It was super easy to wash off and left my skin feeling refreshed and looking radiant.I was genuinely surprised on how it actually left my skin so radiant, but for the RRP £35 price tag, then you really are getting what you paid for.I also didn't even need that much to use for the whole of my face, just a small amount that was no bigger than a 5p piece for it to work wonders.I've used it 5times in total now, and not once has it caused my skin to react in any way, so it would be perfect for sensitive skin types.

Caudalie Vinosource Moisturising Sorbet:

"Thanks to its "quick break" technology, this gel-cream turns into water on contact, helping soothe, moisturise and strengthen the skin"

I was really looking forward to reviewing this product but was unable to review it properly due to the amount of product that was inside. The sample bottle states that its 10ml, but I was only able to squeeze/cut out about 3-4ml, so I just used it on my face. This gel/cream does turn to water once you start massaging it onto the skin and smells amazing. It did leave my skin soft, but didn't moisturise my skin as much, but I feel this was due to not having enough product for the whole of my face.I can't really blame Latest In Beauty for this, as its not really there fault, its just a shame that I'm unable to review it fully to let you know my thoughts on this gel/cream.

Roses et Reines Hand and Nail Cream:
"Give your hands a royal treatment with our Roses et Reines Hand & Nail Cream.Enriched with shea butter and vitamin E, this light cream helps nourish, soften and protect the hands while helping to strengthen the nails.Skin is left delicately scented with the velvety, floral fragrance of Roses et Reines, which combines extracts of roses from Grasse, Bulgaria, Morocco and Turkey with a unique rose extract from Haute-Provence

The Roses et Reines collection uses rose extract derived through enfleurage, a traditional process made innovative by the L'OCCITANE research team. The freshest of rose petals are steeped in oil, allowing it to become saturated with the natural fragrance of the rose, resulting in a fruitier scent"

Roses are my favourite flowers, so when I saw the packaging and that it could potentially smell like roses, I was super excited.I'm glad to say that it smells exactly like roses and I found myself constantly smelling the bottle, because I didn't want to waste any cream.Being someone that had never worn false nails, I decided to purchase some to try and to go along with my nail routine. The first lot that I purchased that I got my mum to do for me, ended up leaving my nails really dry.The cheap glue that it came with was peeling, nails kept pinging off and it just left my nails not in a good condition. After removing the majority of the dry glue, I applied a little amount of this cream for my hands and nails, and it left them feeling extremely soft. This time, I decided to try a different brand of false nails to try the next day and of course do them myself. After 30minutes of applying them, I applied some of the cream, mostly focusing around my nail area so it didn't end up like last time.I know my nails aren't "perfect" because it was my first time doing them myself, but you can see how happy my skin looks around the nail area.I'm going to continue to use this, every time I do my nails from now on.

Burt's Bees Blush Basin Lipstick:
"Intense colour meets conditioning 8-hour moisture with our natural lipsticks.Full-coverage, vibrant colour in 18shades made with 100% moisturising ingredients like moringa and raspberry seed oils to help soften and condition your lips all day long"

I'm obsessed with lipsticks, and I'm always purchasing at least 2-3 a week to try out.I'm a massive fan of Burt's Bee's, because there products would always help with my dry lips during the winter period.I wasn't even aware that they done lipsticks, so when I saw this in my box, I was shocked and excited to try it out.You get either the shade Sunset Cruise or Blush Basin in your box, depending on stock levels and the little information page about yourself that you fill out.I'm not a huge fan of satin lipsticks, but because these are more based on keeping your lips moisturised for a long period of time, I'm super ok with that. This lipstick is super creamy and I just love how easy it was for it to glide onto my lips. With just one swipe, there is a lot of colour, but you can of course build it up if you want it to be more intense.Depending on what you eat, the colour does begin to fade, however the moisture is still retained on the lips.It smells pretty nice but the scent fades after about 5minutes, but I'm more or less happy with the amount of moisture that it gives you.I upload a picture of me wearing it, its just the lighting hasn't been that good to me recently and I want to show the colour as best I can to you.

SOIGNÉ Betteraves Rouges Nail Lacquer
"Deep and sultry red, this aphrodisiacal colour is the perfect accompaniment to an elegant and stylish wardrobe for the intellectual woman. The men will be falling at your feet"

Firstly before I go into my review on this nail product, I want to apologise for the state of my short nails. As mentioned earlier on, I tried false nails for the first time, so I had to cut all of my nails extremely short, but anyway back to this nail lacquer.I'm really impressed on the high shine that it gives off and the fact that it hasn't chipped yet, but applying it was a bit annoying.I can't speak for the other shades, but the formula for this shade was quite liquidy and it was hard to apply to the nails without making a mess.Thats the only issue that I have with it, but other than that I love the deep red high shine colour.

Latest In Beauty Gold Compact Mirror:
"This gorgeous limited edition gold compact mirror is an absolute must-have for any glamorous girl's handbag.Ideal for fixing your makeup on the go, it features normal and magnified mirrors on the inside and an elegant rose design on the outside"

This is the first product that I saw on the website, and I remember looking at it thinking "wow thats so pretty, I want one".I love anything rose designed, and this fits perfectly for the Beauty And The Beast theme. The quality of this mirror is pretty good and its already been put in my bag to use when I need to check that I don't have any food around my mouth, because lets be real here, I eat like a horse. On the back of the mirror it has Latest In Beauty, but you know that I mainly use it for the rose design.

I'm extremely impressed with this beauty box and it would make a perfect gift or to treat yourself to some goodies. This has me even more excited for Beauty And The Beast now, and its being released this Friday which I'm so excited for.Let me know if you're going to pick one up and also what you think of them too, I would love to hear your thoughts :)
